Registration Process Entrants must register for the competition prior to submitting their entry. For registration deadlines, see Schedule and Rules. For individual, teams, and studio fees, see Fees. There are two ways to register for the National AIDS Memorial Grove Competition: Registration Entrants can register online or offline, via postal mail or fax. If registering online, entrants will receive their registration confirmation and registration number by email. If registering offline, entrants will receive their registration confirmation and registration number by postal mail or fax. The registration number and a copy of the registration confirmation must be included with every submittal. For questions, see Submission Requirements. Registration must be completed by December 1, 2004 for standard-fee registration; by December 24, 2004 for late-fee registration. To register online, go to Online Registration. Online registration requires entrants to pay their registration fee by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express). Ms. Smith is reachable at designcomp@aidsmemorial.org Entrants can register offline, via postal mail or fax. Payment options include personal check, money order, cashier's check, or credit card. To register offline, print out Registration Form, fill it out, and mail with payment or fax with credit card payment to the National AIDS Memorial Grove as indicated on the form. Please make your check payable to: NAMG – Design Comp. The National AIDS Memorial Grove will send in reply, via postal mail, a registration confirmation and registration number. This document and number must be included with final submission of contest entry (see, Submission Requirements).
